Evaluate and make recommendations for grower’s procurement strategies in an effort to lower input costs and increase consistency of products. Provide insight to growers on new products coming into the agricultural field that could potentially benefit their operations. Help growers develop an operation that operates with a plan, do, check and adjust (PDCA) mindset.
